Weducation Workshop Update

My first ever Weducation Workshop will be Saturday, March 13, 2010.  I am counting the days until this action-packed day finally arrives.  The workshop has been designed to provide a realistic look at wedding planning as a career by introducing the attendees to the business side of business as well as hearing from top wedding professionals in the Twin Cities.

Expect a full day of exciting experiences such as a menu tastings and cake cutting demonstrations.  Yes, proper cake cutting is a skill and if you don’t have it, some of your guests may not receive wedding cake. We are also taking a field trip, but hey I can’t give away all my surprises so if you are curious, you’ll just have to register to find out more.  This first time workshop costs $250 and includes continental breakfast, lunch and course materials.  Two participants will be chosen at the end of the workshop to work with us at our next wedding in April.

I recommend this workshop for anyone who has considered wedding planning as a career but isn’t certain how to gain experience where to make connections or if wedding planning is what they imagine.  Registration can be found on my website Fete Perfection along with a schedule for the day. Of course you may write to me at amy@feteperfection.com with questions.

Class size is limited to 20.  I look forward to meeting you.
